OverviewLead critical facilities operations for a high-profile organisation.We seek a highly experienced Senior Manager - Facilities Management to lead site-based Facilities Management (FM) teams across a portfolio of critical infrastructure sites.
This pivotal role ensures the safe, compliant, and efficient management of assets, infrastructure, and facilities, enabling the delivery of high-quality services every day.You will be instrumental in embedding Asset Management practices across all FM operations, driving best-practice asset lifecycle management to improve efficiency, reduce service costs, and strengthen the case for long-term asset renewal funding.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide effective leadership to on-site FM teams, delivering maintenance and facilities services (including grounds, gardens, roads, traffic, and car parking).
Ensure compliance with essential service regulations, building codes, and safety standards.Collaborate closely with all departments to minimise disruption from planned or unplanned works.Partner with Engineering & Infrastructure to enhance asset performance, sustainability, and resilience.Drive adoption of asset lifecycle management practicesManage budgets, optimise constrained resources, and deliver cost-effective services.Oversee contractor management and ensure compliance across all facilities.Develop systems, processes, and reporting frameworks that improve visibility of maintenance performance.Support accreditation, emergency response, and quality improvement initiatives.Contribute to the organisation's Emission Reduction Plan and sustainability goals.About YouWe seek a unique individual who excels at driving best practices and greater efficiencies.
