About the Role:

As a member of our nursing/midwifery casual pool, you will assess individual patient needs and plan, implement, or coordinate appropriate care services. Your responsibilities will include providing health education, counselling, and rehabilitation programs aimed at improving health outcomes for patients and groups. You will also support and guide less experienced staff, including Enrolled Nurses and student nurses.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver professional, patient-centred care in a variety of clinical settings.

* Support and mentor newer staff members in delivering basic nursing care.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a qualified Nurse or Nurse/Midwife with current registration or eligibility for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, along with a valid practicing certificate. You should have demonstrated competence in person-centred nursing/midwifery practice, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
