The Role in a Nutshell
* Empower educators – Coach and mentor childcare teams, giving them the skills and confidence to support every child.
* Collaborate & Adapt – Work closely with centre leaders and teams, shaping each visit around their needs.
* Teach and Inspire - Lead small group workshops and professional development sessions.
* Create Practical Resources – Craft handouts, information sheets, and quick-reference visuals that make strategies stick.
* Iterate & Improve – Test ideas, gather feedback, and level-up our proven coaching framework alongside our Senior OT.

You'll Thrive If You…
* Hold AHPRA registration with paediatric experience (5+ years preferred). Rock-stars with less, please still apply.
* Have top-notch communication skills—whether you're presenting to a room of educators, coaching a parent, or chatting with a toddler.
* Approachable, love building relationships, and take initiative
* Live and breathe neuroaffirming, strengths-based practice.
* Have a driver's licence.
