About the Role
As a Service Advisor you will
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
Accurately document repair orders and define work scope
Present service offers and upsell where appropriate
Manage bookings and liaise with technicians
Prepare quotes, process payments, and handle warranty claims
Ensure exceptional customer service and compliance with WHS policies
What We're Looking For
Year 12 or equivalent
Trade qualification or industry experience (preferred)
Strong admin, organisational, and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
