**Job Title:** Domestic Coffee Machine Technician
We require an individual who is competent in troubleshooting, repairing and servicing the home domestic coffee machine market, with a focus on heat exchange technology.
Experience in the commercial market would be an advantage.

Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Install, modify, maintain, and repair electronic instruments and control systems in domestic and commercial coffee machines.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic and mechanical faults in coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.
3. Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, adjusting, and replacing worn components, to prolong the lifespan of coffee machines.
4. Calibrate and test electronic components, control panels, and instrumentation to meet specifications and industry standards.
5. Replace or repair faulty electronic and mechanical parts, such as circuit boards, wiring, pumps, boilers, and thermostats.
6. Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations during installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
7. Maintain accurate service records, documenting repairs, parts used, and customer updates to ensure clear communication and follow-up.
8. Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the operation and care of their coffee machines.
9. Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and address recurring technical issues.
Qualifications & Experience
* Must hold a current QLD Electrical License, Restricted Electrical License, or higher.
* Experience in commercial or domestic coffee machine servicing and fault-finding is essential.
* Familiarity with brands such as ECM, Rocket, Bezzera, and Expobar is highly regarded.
* Educational background in electronics and/or engineering is advantageous.
* Self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work without supervision.
* Possesses strong communication and coordination skills, ensuring clear and precise information is effectively conveyed to customers and colleagues.
* Proficient in the use of computers and diagnostic tools relevant to coffee machine repair.
* Capable of performing under pressure while maintaining efficiency and accuracy within a team environment.
* Proficient in independently tackling diverse technical challenges on a daily basis and delivering well-reasoned, clearly articulated solutions.
* Motivated to grow, adapt, and collaborate efficiently within a dynamic and committed team.
