Enterprise Network Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced leader to manage and develop our technical team in the delivery, operation, and support of enterprise infrastructure.
* This role involves leading, developing, and managing a team to ensure defined service levels are met.
* Collaboration with other operations teams is crucial to ensure alignment and integration of operational services, processes, and service levels.
* The provision and implementation of enterprise access infrastructure and assets must be managed in accordance with a defined implementation plan for resource capacity to ensure infrastructure is optimized.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and promote ITIL Service Management processes primarily incident/problem/change/release/configuration management.
* Provide technical direction, standardization, professional advice, and support of enterprise infrastructure in a large customer-focused organization.
* Negotiate, advise, influence others, and work collaboratively with senior business, technical stakeholders, and external service providers.
* Manage resources, process compliance, budget preparation, and financial management.
* Communicate the vision for improved service delivery and inspire people to contribute to and lead change initiatives.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and mentor teams of strategic and operational ICT professionals.
* Proven high-level interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
* Well-developed management skills and knowledge.
* Ability to understand, support, and promote the organization's vision, mission, and business goals.
