Site Supervisor | Ballarat

With a strong pipeline of new developments underway, they are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis and play a key role in shaping the city's future.
Key duties and responsibilities
Coordinate procurement of building supplies and oversee timely scheduling of equipment maintenance
Support compliance management, resolving issues both during planning and on-site execution
Lead, mentor, and guide subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to standards
Manage workforce allocation across multiple projects to maximize efficiency and productivity
Proactively identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to safeguard project outcomes
Drive projects to completion within contractual deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
About you
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within the commercial and residential construction sector, with a track record of delivering successful projects
Exceptional project and time management abilities, ensuring deadlines are consistently met without compromising quality
Outstanding organizational skills, with the capability to effectively coordinate labour and resources across multiple projects
Strong relationship-building skills, fostering lasting partnerships with construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive collaboration and results
