This is a key role that combines media production, digital marketing, and inventory accuracy to ensure our cars shine on every major online platform.Reporting to the Online Merchandising Manager, you'll be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos, managing pricing and listings, and ensuring our vehicles are showcased to the highest standard.

What You'll Be DoingOperate the in-house photobooth and capture professional photos/videos of vehicles (interior and exterior).
Edit and upload engaging content, including video voiceovers, across online sales platforms.Write clear, informative, and compelling descriptions for each vehicle.Maintain accurate pricing and availability using systems like Autogate and Livemarket.Track lead activity and assist with reporting on performance metrics.Liaise with the reconditioning and sales teams to ensure vehicles are online-ready.Keep listings up to date and aligned with promotions and market strategies.What We're Looking ForExperience in online merchandising, digital marketing, photography, or automotive retail (preferred).
Solid photography and basic video editing skills (Adobe suite experience desirable).
A sharp eye for detail and a love for organisation and process.Comfortable driving manual vehicles.Self-starter with a proactive approach and a team-oriented attitude.Analytical thinker – able to spot trends in lead performance and inventory data.Why Join Pakenham CARCO?
