Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality customer service to passengers on local services and the Translink network
* Educate customers about ticketing products and the Translink network
* Participate in community engagement programs or activities
* Maintain a visible presence onboard bus services to enhance passenger and driver safety
* Complete daily reports on activities and incidents
