Overview
The Edith Cowan University (ECU) Health Services are located on the university campus’ at Joondalup and Mount Lawley. These general practice clinics assist students and staff and the university community with their physical and psychosocial health care needs.
This position requires shifts on TUESDAY AND FRIDAY, between the hours of 8.15am - 4.45pm.
This position is under contract commencing Tuesday 20th May 2025 until Friday 29th May 2026 as leave cover.
We are closed on weekends and gazetted public holidays.
We are seeking an experienced part time medical receptionist.
Responsibilities
Our team of medical receptionists are responsible for:
* Providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
* Managing appointment scheduling and patient records.
* Handling patient inquiries and concerns efficiently.
* Supporting clinical staff with administrative tasks.
You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, Personal Excellence, and Courage.
Benefits & Remuneration
This part time, fixed term position attracts remuneration of $74,435 to $79,279 PA (PRO-RATA) HEW 4 plus 17% University superannuation contribution. ECU supports a work/life balance for staff.
