Package: $45 - $50 per hour + government incentive + super + quarterly incentives
This is a leadership position where you’ll lead a large, thriving service. As Centre Manager, you will have overall responsibility for day-to-day operations, quality, compliance and people leadership. You’ll inspire and mentor a talented team, partner closely with families and the community, and drive continuous improvement across the service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations including staffing, rostering, enrolments/occupancy and centre administration
- Champion high-quality practice and pedagogy aligned to the NQF, EYLF and service philosophy
- Build, coach and performance-develop a high-performing team; lead recruitment and onboarding
- Ensure compliance, risk management, WHS and audit readiness at all times
- Partner with families and the community; manage communications and service reputation
- Drive occupancy growth and sound financial performance (budgeting, fee practices, reporting)
- Lead QIP planning and continuous improvement initiatives
About You: You are a values-driven leader with a strong commitment to early childhood education and service excellence.
You’ll bring:
- Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Proven leadership experience in an Early Childhood or OSHC setting
- Deep knowledge of NQF, EYLF and relevant regulations
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and conflict-resolution skills
- Current Working With Children Check and First Aid (inc. CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis)
