Are you ready to step into a Sales Lead role at Trek Bicycles and make real impact? We're looking for passionate, sales driven team members with incredible energy to provide best in class experiences for our customers.


About the Role

While a love for cycling is awesome, it's not a dealbreaker – what matters most is your dedication to lead and drive sales, you'll set the standard for how your store is remembered by your customers, and you'll set an example for other employees by creating an amazing cycling experience for everyone who walks through your doors.

As the Sales Lead, you will:

* Actively lead all store sales activities including customer engagement, Daily Task List completion, and sales monitoring.
* Organise and participate in all sales employees training through targeting role plays, observing customer interactions, and more.
* Maintain all aspects of store merchandising according to Visual Merchandising Directive, including product placement, price auditing, and product re-stocking.
* Work with the Retail Marketing to plan promotional strategies, set up promotions according to Trek's sales promotion calendar, and monitor promotional ROI.

What We're Looking For

A career with the Trek Bicycle Retail team demands resourcefulness and ambition, a focus on quality, simplicity and the love of a challenge. You will have a passion for using your knowledge and experience to guide your customer towards their perfect bike, resulting in an exceptional customer experience. You are a confident decision maker with great communication skills and experience in leading your peers.

Additionally, you will have:

* Demonstrated an ability to work cooperatively in a team.
* Experience delivering a high level of hospitality to customers.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills.
* Sound computer proficiency.
* The desire and capacity to get to 'yes'.
* A positive, pitch‑right‑in attitude and motivation to help every customer find what they need.
* Fantastic hospitality – a warm, approachable manner, great listening skills, and a drive to help in any way you can – even on the toughest, busiest days.
* Great communication with customers and teammates.
* A desire to cultivate customer relationships and create your own client base.
* A commitment to deliver the best possible cycling experience for each customer.
