To this end, we are seeking a Software Support Officer to join their operations on the northern Gold Coast.
If you are an existing detailer/estimator, moving into his help-desk type role presents a new challenge where career development opportunities abound. The focus of this role is to provide support to customers on our client's industry-leading truss and frame detailing software. On a day-to-day basis your duties will include:
- Providing technical support and advice via various methods - phone, online/TeamViewer and site visits
- Software testing and design assistance
- Assisting in development of technical training and writing
- Some assistance in customer acquisition and expansion where the opportunity presents itself
- Other duties as required from time to time
- Previous experience with timber detailing software - Mitek/Pryda/Multinail preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills/focus and the ability to go the extra mile
- The ability to work both in a team setting and autonomously where required
