We are seeking a skilled and organised events coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for the coordination of college-related events, including administrative support, online ticketing, inbox management, and programme and collateral design support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support for events hosted across the college
* Manage the events inbox effectively and take appropriate actions
* Prepare, organise, and circulate contract lists and run sheets for events
* Organise and prepare for event meetings, including for designated events
* Administer online ticketing requirements, processing, and reports
* Assist with the preparation of event programmes and collateral design
* Liaise with the logistics team to facilitate setup and pack down of events
* Foster strong relationships with the college community and external stakeholders
