Job Description
We are looking for a Manager with a focus on Corporate M&A to join our team – someone with M&A and/or experience with corporate clients, and the drive to join an energetic, dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
* Tax due diligence
* Structuring, including advice on deal structures
* Transaction document review
* Post‑deal integration
* Transaction related ATO and FIRB correspondence
Qualifications & Experience
* Tax professional with transactional experience
* Commitment to client service with a proven track record of developing strong relationships with clients
* Strong tax technical skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a team environment, supervise and mentor team members
