Casa Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader (Day Program) to join our team in Alice Springs. This role is responsible for leading a team of Disability Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred services that foster community participation, skill development, and independence for people with disabilities.
About the Role
* Lead, supervise, and mentor staff to deliver effective day program supports.
* Oversee daily program operations, including rosters, activity planning, and compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards.
* Work collaboratively with clients, families, and allied health professionals to achieve client goals.
* Monitor staff practice, provide constructive feedback, and promote continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
* Certificate IV in Disability, Diploma of Community Services, or equivalent qualification.
* Demonstrated leadership experience in disability or community services.
* Strong knowledge of NDIS principles and compliance requirements.
* High level of written and verbal English proficiency, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Current Driver's Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, National Police Clearance, COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses + booster).
* Right to work in Australia.
Employment Conditions
* Full-time, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
* Classification: Social and Community Services Employee Level 4.
* Award: Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award (SCHADS MA00100).
* Salary Range: $88,090 – $94,789
* Benefits: 5-week's annual leave and salary packaging available
