Application Support Lead Job Description
This role is for a hands-on technical leader who will take ownership of core business applications that support frontline services, particularly in education and training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage application support for key enterprise systems
* Oversee the full software lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing & deployment
* Provide technical guidance and manage service delivery with vendors
* Create and maintain detailed technical and operational documentation
* Drive continuous improvement and promote service management best practices

* Hands-on technical expertise with SQL, .NET, and distributed systems
