About the Role This role focuses on the functional migration of Procurement, Projects, and Contract Management capabilities from a legacy Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) environment into Oracle EBS. You will be responsible for end-to-end solution design, fit-gap analysis, and process re-engineering within a large-scale operating model transformation. Key Responsibilities Functional Design: Execute end-to-end functional solution architecture for Oracle EBS across Finance, Procurement, Projects, and HRMS. System Migration: Perform fit-gap analysis between legacy functionality and Oracle EBS. Process Mapping: Lead workshops to capture "as-is" processes and define "to-be" states in Oracle EBS. Performance Management: Incorporate Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) requirements into the design to ensure robust reporting and financial planning capabilities. Data Strategy: Support data migration from legacy systems, including mapping, cleansing, and validation. Integration: Define integration patterns between Oracle EBS, EPM tools, and other enterprise systems. Testing & Cutover: Ensure adequate SIT/UAT coverage and support cutover planning to minimize business disruption. Experience & Technical Depth ERP Expertise: Oracle EBS implementations in a Functional or Architectural capacity. Oracle Stack: Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle EBS Financials, Procurement, Projects, and HRMS. EPM Experience: Proven experience implementing or integrating Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation. Legacy Transformation: Proven experience migrating or transforming processes from EAM systems to a modern ERP environment. Industry & Integration Sector Experience: Extensive experience in Utilities (energy, water) or other asset-intensive sectors. Integrations: Strong understanding of integration patterns (APIs, middleware, batch) and data flows across EBS and EPM platforms. Methodology Lifecycle Management: Full SDLC expertise, including requirements gathering, design, build, and deployment.
