Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeA$75,000.00/yr - A$80,000.00/yrNielsenIQ Retailer Vertical (RV) simplifies and streamlines collaboration between retailers and suppliers by providing a shared platform with advanced tools.In this role, you will engage with modern trade retailers in FMCG and Tech & Durables sectors, managing relationships with key stakeholders. You will also support a retailer servicing team to maintain data cooperation and service a portfolio of modern trade retailer clients. This position is instrumental in driving client satisfaction, growing the client base, and achieving financial and operational objectives.Responsibilities:Business DevelopmentIdentify areas of business opportunity and growth for the business unitMaintain and further foster relationships with current/ future clients at all levels and functions to identify opportunities for incremental product/ solution salesContribute to new business initiatives and participate in the development and launch of new servicesAchieve revenue, profitability, quality, speed of delivery and productivity targets as well as other related business development objectives as assignedMonitor the actual financial performance against budget / forecast and ensure the implementation of appropriate actions that will lead to the achievement of the financial targetsEnsure proper pricing and contracts are completed and approved according to company policies and guidelinesImplement plans that will contribute to maximum client satisfaction and ensure continuous profitable and business growthEnsure client service standards are implemented and enhanced as client expectations continue to evolve and change in the marketplaceBe part of the retailer servicing team with the primary responsibility of expanding our scope of influence with clients across a wider range of products and with greater depth of involvementEnsure adherence to the company policies on business conduct/ ethics when servicing clients are being observed by the entire divisionContribute and support a strong team environment focused on exceeding internal and external client requirementsSupport & engage both Accounts Development and Customer success team members and be the voice of the client to provide feedback in order to drive the overall client successQualificationsA little bit about you:Curiosity drives your interest in what moves the market. A proven commercial leader, who can build and execute sales strategy and plan, and be accountable to sales operations, such as forecast and pipeline management. A proven people person, who is passionate about developing and growing connections with internal & external stakeholders with a track record of building morale and high engagement among their team members and customers. A team player, who has the ability to collaborate with peers, and contribute to the management team of NIQ.Bachelor's DegreeAt least 4 years' experience in FMCG, Tech, solution sales, SaaS sales, market research or modern trade retail or marketing consulting firmExpert knowledge of statistics, multivariate analysis and understanding of retail dynamics and eye for future trendsAbility to manage and develop people and leadership with P&L responsibilityDetail-oriented team player with good problem-solving and project managementVery good influencing and persuading skillsExcellent written and verbal communication; English proficiency is a mustAbility to communicate in local language is preferredHighly competent in MS Excel & PowerPoint and/or Google Spreadsheet & SlidesAbout NIQNIQ is the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
