Senior medical reception and manager. Based at Norwest Private Hospital Suite 111 - Dr Richard Laurence Haddad Urological Surgeon. 4-5 days per week. $39-40 per hour Dr Haddad has been a Urologist at this location since 2013. He also holds Public appointments in SWSLHD with rooms at Bankstown MC and RPAH MC. There are separate receptionists for those rooms. There is a long term senior receptionist at the main norwest suite, but only part time. Due to increased general work load and my longstanding practice manager moving up North, I need a permanent presence in the main suite. Essential skills; genie software expertise, able to bill using eclipse and Medicare at a moderate - advanced level, Team player and good communicator, Ask questions and use the genie based task system and communicate to trouble shoot on a daily basis, Attend to problems and follow up until solved in a timely fashion, reliable, professional, courteous, friendly, honest. This is not a role for someone starting out. This is aimed at a senior person who has already worked previously at other surgical practices and is used to the way a busy surgical practice runs.
