Currently, they are looking for experienced pharmaceutical sales managers to manage speciality care teams on a National Level.
**The Roles** 
- 2 x National Sales Managers 
- Manage a team of specialty care representatives across the country in highly specialised therapeutic areas 
- Lead, coach, motivate and drives the performance of the sales team 
- Contributes to strategy and sales tactics 
- Spend time in field coaching and developing the sales team, ensuring the team is achieving KPIs and sales targets 
- Conduct sales meetings, report to the sales directors and report on market activities 
- Influence key account strategy in tandem with appropriate cross-functional partners 
- Agile and forward-thinking, highly strategic, creative and inspiring 
- Strong people leader who can add value to the sales team and lead their development and high-level performance 
- Previous experience managing a speciality care team in the pharmaceutical industry is absolutely essential 
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and well-developed collaboration skills 
- Degree-level qualifications and proven success as a people leader
