Business Coordinator Role
The Public Transport Authority is seeking a highly skilled Business Coordinator to support the delivery of its transformative High-Capacity Signalling (HCS) project. This dynamic role offers a wide range of business, administration, and project support functions critical to the successful delivery of one of WA's largest transport infrastructure initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide business, administrative, and project support functions
* Coordinate staff, procurement, contract administration, and continuous improvement
* Develop business systems, plan and report on progress, engage stakeholders, and ensure compliance with relevant frameworks and policies
* Manage resources, interface coordination, and process optimisation
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience across diverse business and administrative functions, including financial, resource, and document management
* Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
* Strong planning and organisational capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Advanced research and analytical skills, with proven ability to investigate issues, apply sound problem-solving techniques
