We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist medical practice based in Double Bay, seeking an experienced and highly organised Medical Administration Coordinator to join their close-knit team.

About the Role:
Working closely with the doctors and wider team, you will be responsible for coordinating complex schedules across multiple locations, managing surgical procedures, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating doctors' schedules across multiple consulting locations
* Managing theatre bookings, quotations and procedural coordination
* Managing patient bookings, enquiries, and follow-ups
* Using Medical Director for appointment scheduling, patient records, and correspondence
* Ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of patient care at all times
About You
* Proven experience in specialist medical administration or surgical coordination
* Strong scheduling and organisational skills, with the ability to manage complexity
* Confident user of Medical Director
* Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
