The Project Lead Role
We're excited to welcome applications for Project Lead roles within our Northern Territory team, based in Darwin. You'll lead the delivery of projects spanning the full breadth of the Property sector, with a strong focus on aviation, living, residential and social housing developments.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. You will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, working closely with clients, stakeholders, and our internal teams to ensure successful outcomes on complex and meaningful projects.
2. You will be a key driver in shaping solutions, building client relationships, and mentoring junior team members.
About Your Qualifications
1. You have tertiary qualifications in construction, architecture, engineering, or related fields (including mechanical & electrical design or trade backgrounds).
2. You have 8+ years' experience in construction project delivery, ideally within Property sectors such as Education, Living & Aged Care, Commercial Property, Aviation & Housing.
3. You have proven experience in client-side consultancy or managing projects on behalf of clients.
4. You possess strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and mentor emerging talent.
5. You are a strategic thinker who thrives on collaboration, takes initiative, and can navigate complex project environments to deliver outstanding results.
