About the roleAs a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering end‐to‐end, data‐informed talent acquisition and workforce planning solutions in close partnership with leaders across the University.
From workforce planning and job design through to attraction, selection and onboarding, you will support leaders to identify current and future workforce needs, align recruitment strategies to organisational priorities, and build sustainable talent pipelines. Your work will directly contribute to strengthening organisational capability, improving equity outcomes, and enhancing the employee experience.
You'll act as a trusted advisor, coaching and supporting leaders to make informed, forward‐looking workforce and talent decisions. You will ensure recruitment practices are compliant, inclusive and future‐focused, while contributing to broader workforce and organisational initiatives.
This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, values collaboration, and is motivated to deliver both immediate recruitment outcomes and longer‐term workforce planning impact.
