 
        
        As an Executive Assistant, you will:
Ensure efficient operation of day-to-day activities of the Office of the Executive Director, Community Recovery including coordinating the daily flow of business.
Contribute to the effective administration of the Office of the Executive Director including administrative functions associated with the Executive Director and provide high quality, confidential business support.
Use word processing and spread sheeting database software packages (including manipulating data in Excel and SAP).
Maintain the Executive Director's diary including organisation of meetings, appointments, conferences, seminars, travel arrangements including accommodation.
Liaise, consult and maintain effective relationships with team members, internal and external clients and other stakeholders.
Assist callers and direct enquiries to appropriate areas.
Examine, disseminate and monitor incoming correspondence and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
Participate in and contribute to team projects and activities and assist team members to undertake projects and activities.
