About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you'll play a key part in supporting our service and operations teams by ensuring our customers and stakeholders receive an outstanding experience from start to finish. This is a varied role where you'll be involved in administration, scheduling, contract management, and stakeholder support.
Your days will include:
* Coordinating service technician schedules and appointments
* Managing customer and technical support communications
* Overseeing end-to-end contract administration and finance-related tasks
* Performing bank reconciliations and payment tracking
* Updating and maintaining internal databases and schedules
* Liaising with builders, councils, service technicians, and internal teams
* Driving service excellence with your proactive follow-up and attention to detail
What You Bring
Certificate III in Business Administration (or similar)
3+ years of experience in a customer service or coordination role
Previous experience in manufacturing or wastewater management (desirable)
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills and computer literacy
Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
A team-first mindset with a natural ability to build rapport
