Overview
Drive Car Hire is a Tasmanian-owned car rental business operating a fleet of standard, electric and performance cars across Tasmania. The casual Customer Experience Representative role is based at our Head Office in the Hobart city centre.
As a 7-day-a-week operation, we offer adaptable scheduling. Working days and hours may change to meet the business requirements. Casual roles suit students with weekend and holiday period availability.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries (in person, phone and email).
Handle enquiries in a timely and personable, professional manner.
Manage pre-arrival procedures efficiently.
Provide a service that meets and exceeds customer expectations by sharing knowledge of vehicles and local insights where appropriate.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and comply with safety and security standards.
Collaborate with the Operations and Vehicle Quality teams to deliver a quality experience to every customer.
Be prepared to support others across the business as part of a small, growing team and participate in team and company-wide meetings and events.
Contribute to continuous improvement of ways of working to help the business stay competitive.
Opportunities for progression to permanent part time or full time may be available for the right candidate.
