Job Opportunity in Elderly Care
We have a permanent part-time role available for a caring and compassionate individual to join our team. As an experienced Aged Care worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents in accordance with their individualised assessed care needs.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, a minimum of 12 months experience in residential aged care, and excellent communication skills. You will be flexible and reliable, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and a passion for working with the elderly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide care provision in accordance with residents' individualised assessed care needs
* Ensure resident care is within accordance to resident individualised care plan or as directed by RN and/or Care Manager
* Report incidents in a timely manner to Registered Nurse or Care Manager
* Complete all activities relating to Residents' Care documentation Plans
* Timely notification of changes in resident care to RN in charge and/or Care Manager
* Ensure resident care is within the AIN scope of practice and as per Quality Management Committee
