Hosepower are the Territory's largest and most comprehensive integrated hydraulic and industrial fluid equipment sales and service provider.
We are searching for a motivated Internal Sales Representative who takes pride in their work while understanding customer needs, providing solutions and building relationships. This is a Berrimah based position in a friendly team environment with training provided.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Collaborate with customers to find a Hosepower solution for their needs, seeking guidance from Sales Operations Manager if required.
* Prepare proposals, quotes and invoices as per Hosepower procedures for walk in customers as well as telephone and email enquiries.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
* Ensure all tasks completed have appropriate sales documents prepared.
* Develop and maintain good knowledge of the company’s products and services (ongoing training will be provided).
* Undertake all tasks in accordance with the stock control procedures.
* Undertake general housekeeping, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
Skills and Experience
* Experience in Hose / Fittings / Hydraulics advantageous
* Strong and demonstrated commitment to customer service.
* Mechanic or trade background beneficial.
* Ability to be a team player in a very quick paced technical environment.
* A pleasant telephone manner.
* Current “C” Class driver licence.
* Forklift licence preferable.
* PC/Mobile device proficient.
