Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused technical support specialist to fill this key position. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, management, and continuous development of language services IT projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder engagement abilities, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve software and hardware issues, maintain an overview of system functionality, and identify areas for enhancement and/or remediation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse data collected from various systems and prepare timely reports as requested by Director Language Services.
* Resolve any software/hardware related issues with internal and external providers.
* Maintain an overview of the functionality and effectiveness of the systems to identify areas for enhancement and/or remediation.

* Tertiary qualifications in IT
* 3+ years' experience in a Helpdesk position
