As we expand our National Specialty team, we are seeking a dynamic professional to cover the NSW-South territory. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our organization and engage with healthcare professionals.
**Key Responsibilities include:**
* Drive sales growth by implementing strategic initiatives and engaging with healthcare professionals
* Cultivate partnerships with Endocrinologists, Dermatologists, Nephrologists, and Rheumatologists to provide value through education and support
* Secure formulary listings for our products in hospital accounts
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and adapt territory and account plans
* Meet and exceed customer and territory KPIs
**Requirements:**
* Proven sales experience in pharmaceutical Hospital/Specialty sales
* Specialty knowledge in Dermatology, Endocrinology, Nephrology, or Rheumatology preferred
* Tender familiarity with the NSW Hospital Tender and formulary processes
* Medicines Australia certification
* Account management mindset with proactive self-management and ownership of results
