The Role

Based at our Moonah Head Office and reportingintoour Manufacturing Accreditations & Compliance Manager, the Manufacturing Accreditations Assistant will be working as part of asmall butestablished team,tohelpmaintainand improve the processes that underpin our ethical,socialand environmental commitments.

The requirements of this role are delivered on by playing a critical part in theday to day todaydelivery of theEvery Step Better (ESB)programbyworkingclosely with internal teams and external partners to support consistent, practical compliance outcomes that align withBlundstone'svalues and global operationstohelp guide our decisions and actions across our global value chain — from how we work with our suppliers to how we manage risk, compliance, and continuous improvement.

The successful applicant will also play a key role in supportingBlundstone'sbroader compliance and accreditationprogramsby playing ahands-on rolein managing supplier compliance data andthird-partyplatforms, supporting audits, executing corrective actions and their associated reporting,assisting withthemanagementof our product Chemical Compliance programand helping ensure our systems remain robust as regulatory expectations continue to evolve.

Domestic and international travel will form part of this role, and the successful applicant must have no limitations on being able to enter countries outside of Australia.

About You

You're a capable communicator who can work effectively with internal teams and with external partners. You'recomfortable working within structured compliance frameworks and able to manage your own workload. You take a considered, professional approach and can balance regulatory,technicaland commercial requirements.

You'll have a strong interest in sustainability and compliance across a global supply chain, including governance, labour standards, environmentalrequirementsand product stewardship.You'redetail-oriented, confident documenting and reviewing compliance information, and familiar with standards, regulatoryobligationsand certification processes relevant to manufacturing and sourcing. You apply sound judgement to support compliance outcomes and continuously improvesystems and processes.
