The opportunity to manage the Riverside Village and Melaleuca Park which are located just five minutes from the centre of town. Riverside village is located opposite the Hastings River and many beaches are just minutes away.
We are looking for a Village Manager who is passionate about resident relations, compliance, and day to day operations. This role is assisted by a support office to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a small number of village employees to successfully carry out responsibilities and duties.
• Financial and revenue management and reporting of the properties
• Responsibility for front office / admin duties across the properties including rostering and other administrative duties such as sales process adherence
• Coordinate the day-to-day facility operations including maintaining the high standard of grounds and maintenance, amenities
• Handle and resolve customer / resident complaints in a courteous and professional manner, build professional relationships.
• Ensure the village is safe and harmonious for guests and staff.
What you need to succeed:
• Previous Lifestyle/Community village management or similar experience is preferred but not essential
• Experience in home sales and sales processes - full training provided
• Strong communication and ability to lead a team
• Sound technology and computer skills, knowledge of RMS or similar system
• Well-developed organisation, administration, and people management skills
• Demonstrated ability to interact and negotiate with stakeholders such as residents in a professional manner.
• Strong awareness and demonstrated experience in safe work practices.
• High integrity and values which are aligned with the business
• Valid full Australian drivers license
• First Aid certificate and Police check
