Reporting into the Change Enablement chapter lead, you will be hands on in a squad (or team) and may be the sole chapter member leading and delivering the work.
Do work that matters:
As a Change & Engagement Lead working in an agile squad, you'll drive the design and delivery of change, engagement, and activation activities that support HR transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end engagement and change strategies for HR initiatives.
* Immerse in HR solutions to understand integrations and user impacts.
* Apply Human-Centred Design to create simple, effective end-user experiences.
* Develop and execute change and deployment plans.
* Draft clear, action-oriented communications and support materials.
* Use multiple channels to deliver messaging and training.
* Facilitate change working groups and training sessions.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure business readiness.
* Support adoption of new HR technologies and processes.
We're interested in hearing from people who have:
* A passion for HR with experience working in a project delivery role within a HR function, leading small to medium scale projects or working as part of a change team on large scale projects with a focus on organisational/behavioural change.
* Passion for improving employee experience with clear, engaging support materials.
* Experience in Human-Centred Design or UX.
* Proven ability to deliver change, communications, or project plans.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
* Confident communicator with the ability to challenge constructively.
* Excellent written skills for creating change packs, comms, and support docs.
* Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
* Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving mindset.
* Knowledge of change methodologies (e.g., Prosci).
* Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement and innovation.
* Business analysis skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
* Ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced, changing environments.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in HR, Change, Communications, or Business.
