As a Line Setter, you will play a critical role in running our General Line & Aerosol Assembly lines, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Line Setter, your expertise will be vital in achieving our production plan while maintaining the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
* Safely and efficiently running the production line/finishing area, meeting quality specifications
* Conducting daily/weekly/monthly safety checks and promptly reporting any concerns or incidents
* Taking immediate action to resolve quality issues and managing internal scrap
* Organising tasks in the finishing area, including palletising, labelling, QA testing, and rework
* Ensuring the line operates accurately and efficiently, minimizing downtime
* Collaborating with the warehouse team for required product and components
* Leading and supporting process workers to achieve the daily production plan
* Carrying out operator TPM tasks and recording all necessary data accurately
* Participating in continuous improvement activities to enhance work area efficiency
* Attending daily production meetings and contributing to team success
* Taking a collaborative and teamwork-oriented approach in all activities
Job Specific Requirements:
To excel as a Line Setter, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Can making experience will be highly desirable, including general line cans in sizes ranging from 1L to 25L and Aerosol cans.
* Experience in metal manufacturing or the packaging industry will be highly desirable.
* Demonstrated manufacturing experience with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
* Demonstrate a high mechanical aptitude. Trade or engineering qualification would be highly desired.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to read and understand production orders
* Proficiency in operating production equipment and conducting quality measuring and testing procedures
* Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new challenges
* Computer literacy, including familiarity with SAP and MS Teams
