We are a florist that is dedicated to creating exquisite floral arrangements for various occasions, from weddings and events to daily deliveries. Our florist also incorporates a coffee kiosk to provide the best retail experience for our customers.
We are seeking passionate and experienced florist(s) to join our small creative team at CALI JARDIN. We eager to hear from talented florists who are ready to take their next step in floristry. As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone who is wanting to grow with us and is intrinsically motivated to succeed in their creative new role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain day-to-day operations of the florist shop, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
* Work closely with florist owner to create visually stunning displays that showcase our floral products and attract customers.
* Interact with customer to understand their floral needs and preferences, providing expert advice and recommendations.
* Ensure that the shop maintains a clean, organised, and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
* Develop strong business acumen to promote and drive sales and profitability of the florist.
* Encourage continuous learning and skill development.

* Proven experience in floral design and a deep understanding of different flowers, arrangements, and design styles.
* Creative flair with an eye for detail and a passion for staying current with industry trends.
* Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and maintain a well organised work environment.
* Basic knowledge of business operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and sales strategies.
