About the opportunity:
You will be working in the high performing team, as a Sales Associate.
You will be responsible for:
* Database management, identifying opportunities and setting appointments;
* Prospecting face to face and via telephone;
* Assisting at open homes;
* Buyer call backs;
* Buyer appointments;
* Liaising with vendor and buyers;
* Relationship management;
* Responding to incoming enquiries via phone and email.
* Other duties as requested.
About you
* You will have a proven track record with at least 3 years' experience in a real estate co-agent position
* You will have a high degree of time management skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
* You will have an eye for detail in your work and also in your presentation and personal standards
* You will have a high degree of personal accountability, strive to achieve your KPI’s and own your results
* Experience with Agent Box will be held in high regard but is not essential
* Work with initiative and a high attention to detail
* Excellent organisation and management skills
You must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to work under pressure and to deadlines and manage your time effectively. You will be a part of a collaborative team and should be committed to a long-term career in real estate.
Experience in real estate sales and with Agent Box will be held in high regard. A current QLD real estate registration certificate is essential.
