**About the Position**
The professional, dedicated, person we are seeking will have at least 12 months experience in a General Practice environment and is available to work approximately 15-38 hours per week.
You will be responsible for:
- Handling of incoming phone calls
- Scanning and other admin tasks
- Delivery of premium customer service
- Enhancing the image of the front reception with professionalism
- Booking of GP appointments and Allied Health appointments
- Receipting of private billings with Tyro machines
- Medicare billings
- Opening/closing of practice
- Enthusiastic, with strong communication skills
- Self motivated with the ability to multi-task
- Highly organised plus good time management skills
- Excellent customer service
- Friendly and able to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Excellent computer skills
