We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to join our marketing team.This role plays a big part in managing and optimisating cross channel marketing lifecycle campaigns to enhance our customers experience after booking their journey with us.
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for the end to end management of automated lifecycles across email, push and other channels to drive additional revenue and operational improvements to Jetstar whilst providing tips and tricks to our customers before they fly. This role has a global remit, spanning across Australia, New Zealand and Japan and includes the management of complex campaigns across multiple language versions.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, Post Booking your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing our post booking customer lifecycle journey and building new automated cross channel campaigns across email, app push etc to enhance the customer experience
* Assist with template creations working with HTML email assets and perform modifications where necessary.
* Collaborate with our ancillary teams to coordinate and implement campaigns to drive ancillary revenue including end to end management of strategy, segmentation, technical execution, reporting and optimisation.
* Be the subject matter expert in marketing and work with a wide variety of other additional internal stakeholders across digital, commercial systems, data teams and IT to implement campaigns and programs that drive incremental revenue and operational improvements.
* In conjunction with the Digital Analyst, measure and report on all campaigns with the goal of continuously improving strategy and revenue generation.
* Maintain systems and process to ensure best practices and data integrity.
To Be Considered, Key Skills Will Include
* Tertiary education in Business or IT, particularly in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Systems or relevant field.
* 2+ years working across marketing automation platforms, customer lifecycle management or fast paced client environment.
* Passion for quality control / attention to detail.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills.
* Understanding of technical languages including HTML, CSS, Liquid and SQL will be advantageous.
* Experience with CRM marketing automation platforms such as Braze (preferred), Salesforce, Responsys.
* Experience with reporting tools would be highly desirable (eg. PowerBI or Adobe Analytics).
