The role:Lead end-to-end change activities for the 'Education Technology Ecosystem Program' covering transformational change across system, process, people and culture.
What you will be doing:
* Work with various stakeholders to support initiatives that will increase business readiness, take-up and sustained adoption of changes.
* Provide practical support to the Program on the effective application of change management methodologies and tools.
* Implement stakeholder engagement strategies to maximise opportunities for consultation and collaboration.
* Conduct change impact analyses, including leading change impact discussions and documenting outcomes.
What you will be doing:
* Extensive experience in change management roles impacting people & process underpinned by an ERP system implementation.
* Highly advantageous if have exposure to programs with Oracle PeopleSoft or similar.
