We're searching for a passionate, hands‐on Centre Director to lead our Erskineville team (83 places). This is more than a leadership role; it's an opportunity to create a thriving learning environment where children flourish, educators feel valued, and families feel part of something special.

What You Will Do

• Lead and inspire your team of educators to deliver outstanding care and education.
• Build a positive, inclusive, and supportive culture that puts people first.
• Engage families and the community, fostering strong, lasting relationships.
• Drive quality and compliance across every aspect of the centre's operations.
• Oversee budgeting and resources, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
• Create and implement programs that celebrate each child's unique strengths and potential.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Centre Director or similar leadership role.
• Current Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR certification, and National Police Check (within 6 months).
• Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF, and compliance standards.
• A natural people leader, confident, compassionate, and committed to growth.
• A genuine love for early education and the impact it creates.
