About the Role:
In this senior clinical position, you will:
· Provide clinical leadership and guidance to a multidisciplinary team, including Behaviour Support Practitioners, Mental Health Clinicians, and Provisionally Registered Psychologists
· Deliver high-quality clinical supervision as a Board-Approved Psychology Supervisor, supporting professional growth and registration pathways
· Design and lead the development of practical tools, training, and resources that enhance clinical capability and service consistency across the organisation
· Drive the implementation of evidence-based practices, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred support for individuals with complex disability and mental health needs
· Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to shape service strategy, influence sector practice, and advocate for better outcomes for the people we support
What You'll Bring:
· Board Approved Supervisor in good standing
· Experience in mental health, disability or complex behaviour support
· Strong knowledge of relevant legislation (NDIS, Disability Services Acts)
· A collaborative mindset and outstanding interpersonal skills

: Area of Practice Endorsement in Clinical Psychology
Requirements:
· Completion of your Bachelor's in psychology and registration with the appropriate registration authority or association within Australia
· APAC-accredited 4-year Psychology qualification/AHPRA Registration (General)
· Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (paid) – or willingness to obtain
· Current Working with Children Check (paid) – or willingness to obtain
