As we continue to expand our reach and strengthen our distribution network, we are seeking an exceptional Sales Channel Manager to join our headquarters in Seminyak, Bali.

THE ROLE

Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Sales Channel Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing Geonet's network of external sales channels. You will drive revenue growth by developing strong partnerships and ensuring consistent channel performance across all markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Onboard new sales channel partners including agents, brokers, developer networks, and referral partners, managing the full onboarding lifecycle from engagement to activation.
  • Develop and manage existing channel partners, ensuring strong relationships and accountability to agreed performance targets.
  • Drive channel performance through structured communication, training, support programs, incentive schemes, and regular performance reviews.
  • Proactively identify, approach, and negotiate with potential new channel partners to expand Geonet's distribution network.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure partners are equipped with updated product knowledge, pricing, and campaign materials.
  • Monitor channel pipeline performance and sales data, providing regular reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and property expos to strengthen brand presence and identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Gather market intelligence from channel partners to support product development and go‐to‐market strategies.
  • Manage and resolve channel conflicts or partner concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Support the design and execution of commission structures and channel incentive programs.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Extensive experience in property sales (commercial, luxury, or investment asset classes).
  • Strong understanding of wealth creation principles and investment‐driven property sales.
  • Proven ability to manage, grow, and optimize sales teams or partner/channel networks.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in negotiation and structuring agreements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Highly self‐motivated, organized, and results‐driven.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

HIGHLY DESIRABLE

  • Experience in the Bali property market.
  • Background in hospitality or hotel asset‐class investment sales.
  • Existing network of property agents, brokers, or investment advisors.
  • Experience working in multicultural or international business environments.

You may currently be a senior sales manager ready to step into a broader channel leadership role, or a property industry entrepreneur seeking a structured yet high‐growth leadership opportunity. Experience in resort, hotel development, or investment property sales will be highly regarded.
