Temporary role commencing asap Full-Time | Sydney Hybrid Working An established organisation within the professional services and creative industries sector is seeking a proactive and organised Marketing & Events Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role suited to a motivated marketing professional who enjoys working across campaigns, digital channels, events, and stakeholder engagement. You will play a key role in supporting brand awareness, member engagement, and business growth through well-executed marketing and communications initiatives. About the Role Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing and engagement activities across multiple channels. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with the delivery of marketing and promotional campaigns Coordinating digital advertising and monitoring performance Managing email marketing and social media activity Updating and maintaining website and online content Ensuring brand consistency across all materials and platforms Supporting the coordination of webinars, events, and stakeholder activities Assisting with member and client communications Supporting onboarding, retention, and engagement initiatives Preparing marketing materials and event collateral Assisting with internal communications and staff initiatives Supporting organisational programs and engagement activities Coordinating internal events and updates About You To succeed in this role, you will be a detail-oriented and collaborative marketer who enjoys juggling multiple priorities.
