Job Description
About the Role
Our client is a High Profile Retail Brand located in Burnley, VIC.
Their busy head office location requires the services of a highly skilled Security Receptionist/Concierge to manage the front of house of the office space.
The Security Receptionist/Concierge at this location plays an important role in the safety and security of the site.
As the first point of contact visitors and staff have when entering the facility, the Security Receptionist/Concierge at this location needs to leave a lasting impression of exceptional customer service.
The successful applicant will work a Monday to Friday day shift roster, 10 hours per day ************).
Job Location: Burnley, VIC
General Role Requirements/Responsibilities
Take ownership of the reception/concierge service
Greet and process visitors/contractors
Provide excellent customer service to employees
Deal with queries from customers/visitors and employees
Provide general administrative support
Interact with all levels of management and employees
Monitor CCTV system
Desired Skills And Experience
Hold a current Victorian Security licence
First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 and HLTAID010) and CPR Certificate (HLTAID009)
Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with computer software/systems i.e. Microsoft Suite, Visitor Sign in system etc
Excellent organisational skills
Positive attitude
High attention to detail
Proficient in working within a team environment and independently
Excellent multi-tasking and customer service skills
Ability to take initiative
