About the Role
* This position will involve analyzing customer impact due to remediations and supporting the development and delivery of customer remediation activities.
* You will work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to support the implementation of remediation initiatives within the Claims function.
The ideal candidate will have strong data analytical skills, effective influencing, negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder skills. They will also be able to shape and implement corrective actions and preventative controls.
