We are on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Manager who will drive customer lifetime value and current user acquisition across Australia, New Zealand, and the USA while sharing best practices with global partners. This hands-on role covers loyalty and subscription programs, SEO, affiliates, and EDM strategy, with a strong focus on Klaviyo, data capture, and campaign analysis.
Success requires excellent communication, project management, commercial acumen, and the ability to work cross-functionally with creative and media agencies. Based within the eCommerce team, the role offers a hybrid work model and occasional flexibility for global calls.
The role is a full-time position based in our support office in Gladesville with parking available on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute CRM strategy (email, SMS via Klaviyo) to drive engagement, working collaboratively with our creative and media agency, as well as the marketing team and the eCommerce Manager.
- Drive the first-party data acquisition strategy and execution, managing precision email flows with the agency to convert subscribers into first-time purchasers and build repeat purchase behaviour.
- Deliver the design and rollout of loyalty and subscription programs to increase retention and customer value.
- Lead the strategy and execution of AI-enabled chat and consultation support on site, working with partner agencies and leading delivery of ROI.
- Lead strategy and execution of SEO strategy across owned websites resulting in stronger organic and paid search results and readying us to excel in an AI search world.
- Drive affiliate marketing growth across Australia and New Zealand.
- Support annual strategy and budget planning, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.
- Foster collaboration across teams, including eCommerce, brand marketing, education, finance, and global distributors.
Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years’ experience in a Digital Marketing Management role.
- 7+ years’ experience working with Google AdWords.
- Ability to use and interpret Google Analytics 4, Triple Whale.
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business or similar.
- Knowledge and experience working with D2C global brand.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Extensive experience managing budgets and reporting.
