Key responsibilities include:Providing strategic and clinical leadership across obstetrics and gynaecology services, ensuring alignment with organisational values and strategic objectives. Overseeing clinical governance frameworks that ensure safety, quality, and responsiveness to patient needs. Delivering clinical services, including participation in after‐hours and weekend on‐call rosters Driving education, training, and research initiatives to strengthen professional practice and patient outcomes. Championing innovation in service delivery, including outreach and specialist clinics for diverse community needs.About you We are seeking a motivated and experienced leader with:Fellowship with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (or equivalent), and eligibility for specialist registration with AHPRA. Demonstrated senior leadership experience in obstetrics and gynaecology, with a track record in strategic planning, clinical governance, and workforce development. Strong commitment to patient safety, service quality, and evidence‐based care. High‐level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and resolve complex issues. Proven capability to lead research, evaluation, and service innovation initiatives.
