JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Overview workflow of vehicle repairs and align with expectations of the Operations Manager. Restore vehicles to a dent-free state. Remove dents through the use of different techniques including glue pulling and leveraging which may require the removal of vehicle lights and interior panels. Provide guidance on panel defects and possible repair techniques Complete work orders required for a vehicle and confirm that work has been carried out with the quality that we are looking for. Assist in prepping vehicles when required. Work in collaboration with the team to ensure that IRC runs as efficiently as possible and help create great work environment. Communicate effectively and support the wider team and provide assistance when needed. Maintain a clean work area and take pride in our workshop being maintained to the highest standards and one where you would be proud to show our customers around!
